Traditional Beef Stew

  • 2 lb. Chuck Roast
  • 3 small onion (you can buy these pre-chopped in freezer section)
  • 6 Garlic Cloves (prechopped and jarred in produce section)
  • 1 ¼ Beef Stock (typically come in tall boxes in soup isle)
  • 1.5 lbs. Potatoes (get the tiny pre-washed potatoes to save time)
  • Thyme Sprig and Bay Leaf
  • Any additional vegetable you want to add (Frozen section for ease)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
