Traditional Beef Stew
- 2 lb. Chuck Roast
- 3 small onion (you can buy these pre-chopped in freezer section)
- 6 Garlic Cloves (prechopped and jarred in produce section)
- 1 ¼ Beef Stock (typically come in tall boxes in soup isle)
- 1.5 lbs. Potatoes (get the tiny pre-washed potatoes to save time)
- Thyme Sprig and Bay Leaf
- Any additional vegetable you want to add (Frozen section for ease)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
