Easy Crock Pot Chili
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Small or One Large Can Brooks Mild Chili Beans (if you are against Beans in Chili, skip this part)
1 Small Can Campbells Tomato Soup
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup Diced Onion (you can get these pre-chopped in Frozen Isle)
2 Cups Water
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 TBSP Ground Chili Powder
- Variations: Add Chopped Green Bell Pepper, Jalapenos, Shredded Cheese, Corn Chips, Crackers, Chopped Green Onions, Cilantro, Avocado, Sour Cream
- You can Also Replace the Beef with 1 lb. of Chicken and replace beans with Bush’s Great Northern Beans to Make White Chili
Turn your Crockpot to High and Let is pre-heat, this will take about 10 minutes. Once heated put your ground beef and Onion in the pot and cook until browned. Drain excess grease. Add all other ingredients, including any liquids from Canned Items.
Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6 hours….. or until you the smell makes you so hungry you have to eat!
