Mary has worked for Buchanan for eight years with husband Ernie and,
when asked why she enjoys it here, writes:
“We keep working at Buchanan because we like the people we work with.
At our age not many companies would hire us no matter how much experience you have. It is a pleasure working for Buchanan.”

Open Deck Driver - Joseph Miller
Joe received a nomination this month for being the definition of positivity.
He always brings a “can-do” attitude to work and rolls with any changes Buchanan throws his way.
Despite last-minute changes, Joe always gets the job done.
Joe has worked with Buchanan as an Owner Operator for two years and, when asked why he enjoys it here, writes:
“The drivers are respected and put first here at Buchanan.
Jeff and Jessica always have a plan for me and get me home when I need to be.
It is easy to be positive when you are put first.”

Hauling (Frontline) - Daniel Louraine
Dan received two nominations this month for the passion he has for Buchanan, his coworkers, and his customers.
Dan is always willing to jump in to help, to teach, and accomplish last-minute demands before ending his day.
Dan has worked for Buchanan for 3 years and, when asked why he enjoys it here, writes:
“Since day one of being with Buchanan I knew this is where I needed to be.
I love my coworkers and I love my job, which not many people can truthfully say.
Being recognized by my colleagues amplifies those feelings and I couldn’t be more grateful. So, cheers to a blessed year and many more to come!”

Rigging (Support) - Jason Boehm
Jason received a whopping three nominations this month for his great attitude.
Even after 16 years with the company, Jason still happily completes every task thrown his way.
He is positive, completes his work in a timely manner, and one submitter says they can
always count on Jason for a laugh on a long day!
When asked what has kept Jason at Buchanan for 16 years, he writes:
